OAUG Listserver Terms of Use

Use of OAUG listservers or e-mail addresses (or other contact information) found on this or any other resource of OAUG for sales or recruiting purposes is strictly prohibited.

By using the OAUG-affiliated user-to-user forum listservers, you acknowledge that all posts express the views and opinions of the author and not the OAUG or its affiliates, administrators, moderators or listmasters (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being notified). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the Webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to temporarily or permanently unsubscribe or ban users at any time should they see fit.

As a user you agree to any information you have posted to the list being stored in a database, and subject to archive searches by other users.

Violation of these terms may result disciplinary action including (but not limited to) banning your e-mail address from the OAUG listservers and/or suspension of OAUG membership.
