[OAUGNetDBA]-Looking at Packages and Package Specs

Does anyone know the correct grants to provide power users to VIEW the
packages and specs in Oracle 9.2.0.8? So far I have located the grants
called "Execute any procedure" and "Create any procedure" but there has to
be something better than these. Both are required as far as I can see to be
able to view the packages and specs (not sure which one goes with which but
I verified that both of these give access to viewing the code).

They don't want to use all_source which I am already aware of. They want to
use TOAD which formats everything nicely.

This is coming from management of course, not me.

Joe
