I recently had to add a fourth language to our existing configuration.  I was skeptical about the manifest patch, but found that it worked quite well.  If you have any specific questions, feel free to contact me.  The aforementioned document spells the process out nicely.

A quick way is to use what Oracle calls a "manifest" patch.

I have a need to add the NLS ESA to a base installation that has been used for several years, that has been upgraded from 11.5.7 to 11.5.10.2.
What would be an overview of the steps?  Do I need the 11.5.7 NLS disk, or is there a family patch.  Any ideas?  MetaLink Notes?
