[OAUGNetDBA]-Adding NLS to base install

I have a need to add the NLS ESA to a base installation that has been
used for several years, that has been upgraded from 11.5.7 to 11.5.10.2.
What would be an overview of the steps?  Do I need the 11.5.7 NLS disk,
or is there a family patch.  Any ideas?  MetaLink Notes?
