We recently upgraded our 11.5.9 environment to ATG.H RUP6 / 10.2.0.3. We now have an issue where the Forms "Help / About" display is not displaying details in the Forms Server section (excerpt below). Oracle support is recommending that we enable the profile option "FND: Diagnostics" (set to 'Yes'). But I seem to recall that this would enable a user to change data from the back-end (Help / Diagnostics / Examine ). Has anyone else run into this issue? Found an alternate solution? Thanks.
