[OAUGNetDBA]-help - admsi.pl missing in AD_TOP/bin

Hi,

I need to use admsi.pl to generate a new patch readme.
As per the present readme it should be at AD_TOP/bin
but I do not see it there.

It is also not present anywhere in the AD_TOP.

where I can find it?
Please help.
