[OAUGNetDBA]-R1204 domain name change..

i All,

We are currently on a R12.0.4 instance, here is our setup information.

CSM -> 2 Front-end apps servers -> One db backend node.

our applications works fine in current datacenter. This weekend we are planning
to move our R12.0.4 to a new location.

Per my understanding we will be changing following.(Hostnames we are keeping same)

1) domainname (abc.com to xyz1 )
2) IP addresses 

So what changes i would need to make on R12.0.4 to make the domainname and IP changes
work so i could bring up the R12.0.4.

Should i just update my xml file on 2 Frontend tier and backend xml file and run autoconfig or 
what should be the steps..

has anyone done this changes in past on R12.0.4 and share their steps?
