[OAUGNetDBA]-Audit software

My company need some kind of report to audit some key activities like
who and when create an order,  who and when ship confirm an order, who
and when create/update invoice...Aread include GL, AP, Inventory, OM,
PO..etc

Anyone know any product out there do a good job on this.  Do a good job
on audit and easy for superuser to create a report
