Since the leap from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2 is relatively minor compared to an upgrade to Release 12 for example. So I chose to install the maintenance patch (3480000) directly (316365.1) rather than using a stage appl top (242480.1). Runtime was about 10 hours for three appl tops. If you choose stage, let us know how it goes. Two approaches. Traditional apply 3400000 upgrade patch. I also heard that you can also lay down the fresh installation 11.5.10.2 and use this new appl_top to upgrade. Which method is better? What is the advantage or disadvantage on both method? For the fresh installation 11.5.10.2, what is the procedure? ############################################################# This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list <OAUGNetDBA@oaug.com>.
