[OAUGNetDBA]-Upgrade to 11.5.10.2 from fresh install

 
Plan to upgrade from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2.  Two approaches.  Traditional
apply 3400000 upgrade patch.  I also heard that you can also lay down
the fresh installation 11.5.10.2 and use this new appl_top to upgrade.
Which method is better? What is the advantage or disadvantage on both
method?

For the fresh installation 11.5.10.2, what is the procedure?
