I'm still looking for any rules of thumb for how to set these.
I just know increasing them will substantially move the patching along.

We didn't actually have the error messages in  these
metalink notes... but they point to the fact that we should change from the default settings.
Especially after reading the note from Murali Sriram
Note:299084.1  AD Utilities error with Out of memory, exiting message
