[OAUGNetDBA]-Autoconfig and listener security

Has anyone tackled tweaking autoconfig (custom templates?) to deal with database listener security issues? For example: 1) dropping the extproc configuration (my favorite idea); 2) Configuring a separate extproc listener with ipc protocol only....
