Could also change the default.ppd as well.  No duplex is defined in the
default.ppd.  There are some other ppds that can be used that allow
duplex.  Check out the directory $ORACLE_HOME/guicommon6/tk60/admin/PPD
for your files.

Documented in Note  394130.1 some other suggestions.

The work around for us is to change the duplex="def" to duplex="vduplex"
in, /etc/lp/interfaces/model.orig/<printer_script_name>.
