[OAUGNetDBA]-Form not opening - FRM-92020

Hi

I am facing an error when I try to open the concurrent executable form
in Oracle 11i.

There are no issues with other forms.

I have recompiled the fmb but still the error persists.

Form opens partially, can be seen in the background and a window
pops up with the error -
FRM-92020: Invalid URL C:\a.htm sent to browser with target_blank
Full Details: unknown proto : c

Can someone help ?
