Hi Dean,  My opinion would be to wait until these issues are addressed unless accurate record history information is not important for your company or you plan to audit the information differently.  If 11.5.10.3 is coming out soon and you are in the early stages of testing it would probably be better to wait to see if these issues are resolved in that version.

Based upon the issue below and related issues reported for 11.5.10.2, should
it be avoided if you do not require it for any particular module?  Wait for
11.5.10.3 instead?

Unfortunately we have already applied the 11i.ATG_PF.H Rollup 3 patch and
are still experiencing this issue.  We also experienced the issue with
disappearing responsibilities during our testing, however there is a patch
that we applied that fixed that problem.  Have you heard a timeframe for
11.5.10.3?

We've experience this problem and have not found a solution from Oracle we
feel can be put into production.  There are issues with some of the reports
for responsibilities also.  The problem is Oracle moved the responsibilities
into the wf_local_user_roles table which has user_name as the key.  The
moved away from the user_id as the key in fnd_user_resp_groups.  This
changes has also caused the errors where responsibilities just disappear.
It's a nightmare.  We are hoping that 11i.ATG_PF.H Rollup 3 patch 337274.1
fixes it.  But Solution Beacon has found some issue with this.  Oracle
should be releasing 11.5.10.3 soon.

We recently discovered a problem with the record history for
responsibilities in the Define Users form.  Some of the responsibilities
show that they were last updated by users who do not have and have never had
the ability to update user security.  I have opened a TAR with Oracle on
this issue.  Has anyone else run into this problem?

We also found that when we update a responsibility, when the record is
requeried, the creation date in the record history is updated to be the same
as the last update date. I have found a patch for that issue and will apply
and test...

If anyone has any experience with these issues I would appreciate any
