Seeded workflow exists in 11.5.10 for auto create and auto approval of the 
PO when PO requisition is approved. 

Workflow Name : PO Create Documents. Need to change couple of attributes 
in the seed workflow to do this like Is Automatic Creation Allowed, Is 
Automatic Approval Allowed etc.,

Hmmm.  We use the CREATEPO workflow to do that.  When a requisition is
approved it (optionally) calls this workflow to create the req into a
PO.  Oracle can either do it online (so, when the req comes back
approved, the PO exists) or Oracle can defer the process to the workflow
background processor. 

It works great - and being workflow driven gave me a great integration
point to add the custom elements my client required in the process.
Unfortately, I don't know off-hand if it was available in 11.5.9 or not.
It's definitely available in 11.5.10.
