Hi Linda,
I guess you are referring to GL Intercompany set up.
If you need to set up many to one --> select option Journal source and categetory as 'All Other' 
and select 'All other' at Due to and Due from as well.... in list of values 'All other' will not display at company level, when you save with Due to and Due from account combinations with null in company code, system populates 'All Other' value. 
Let me know if you find any issue while setting up Intercompany.
