[OAUGNet]-prevent transaction on material rejected in inspection

Hi
the material that is rejected in quality inspection is still received
in inventory or shop floor and allows further transactions also. Is
there a way to prevent further transactions on the rejected material?
through quality plans can we perform some action to prevent
transactions? can somone please guide me what actions can we perform
and how?
