[OAUGNet]-Price List Bulk Load

We are trying to use the price list bulk loader to end date obsolete 
prices but cannot get it to work.
End dating price list headers works fine, but when we attempt to end date 
price list lines none of the lines are selected for update.
We have already worked the Date Format issue mentioned on MetaLink and 
that does not appear to be the problem.

Any input on the topic would be appreciated.
