[OAUGNet]-Convert R12 Tax Exemptions

Does anyone have a method to convert tax exemptions into the new eTax
module? (R12.0.4)

I need to convert 10,000 tax exemptions and Oracle support says the only
supported method is manual entry.
At 5 minutes per exemption thanks to the new HTML forms.....I am looking
for alternative solutions.

Anyone tried yet?
