FYI - this turned out to be a non-issue. The Balance Type works fine -- we unfortunately use a 13th adjusting period at the end of each year, and the balance sheet account in question was being cleared out in the adjusting period of each year. However, there is one line in the Row Set that contains a balance sheet account, and for that line the FY End balances do not display -- they show zero instead. Has anyone else noticed this, and is there a workaround, or perhaps a patch for this? I didn't see any solution on Metalink.
