[OAUGNet]-Customize Internet Expense Web application

Hi,
I'd like to know whether it's a good idea and how difficult to move the 'itemize' function to the expense lines page.  With OIE.K out-of-box web application, users have to go two pages down to itemize each line and return.

Any advice will be appreciated.
