[OAUGNet]-How to Set Tolerance by UOM for an Item Category

I would like to set a tolerance (for matching purposes) for a specific
UOM (Unit of Measure) for a specific category of items without affecting
items in other categories with the same UOM.  I do not want to set a
tolerance for the item price, rather the amount (each) give or take 10%.

Example:
Items using UOM of EACH
Tolerance of +/- 10% Received/Invoiced
