Hi:

Users timeout when they select the "Oracle Diagnostics Tool" responsibility.
We are not even getting to the point where tests are visible unless one uses
SYSADMIN account which auditors don't want us to do.  This is sonmething
that I cannot explain as I know this was not an issue until recently even
though we have not patched ATG or Diagnostics in recent memory.

Security Administration
Diagnostic Super User Role can perform the following security administration
activities:

Assigning Diagnostic Roles to Responsibilities For this purpose, from
Diagnostics Home page, navigate to "Configuration" > "Security", and then
select the appropriate Diagnostic Role.

This will take you to the "Role Responsibility Assignment" page through
which you can assign access grants to various responsibilities for this
Diagnostic Role.

Assigning Grants to Access Test Groups
You can assign grants to certain responsibilities to have explicit access to
test groups irrespective of sensitivity level of the test group. For this
purpose, from Diagnostics Home page, navigate to "Configuration" > "Groups",
and then select the appropriate Group.
Choose "Advanced Security", and then select the appropriate Diagnostic Role.

Yes, there are some additional functions that must be granted for this to
work. I do not exactly know which ones. We ran into this on an engagement
few weeks ago.
