Hi Puneet,

I guess you can run an event alert for that concurrent program by 
applying the condition as STATUS='ERROR' in the sql part of the ORACLE 
ALERT..
then email should be sent..

I agree. Also event alert may not work (refer to alert guide page 32). 
There
no events available either. May be you can write a periodic alert to 
check
for the failed requests.

God help us if that also fails :)

Or may be there is a better way to manage this in OAM or OS Level.

But this send notification for successfully completed request too while
I want only for failed one..

request.
