[OAUGNet]-Security Rule setup on the responsibility

Hi 
We have defined a new responsibility and set the security rules (to
allow the users to create pos for only specific cost centers).
When one of the user tried to create a PO and put the charge account in
distributuion lines it keeps giving the security rule error.

This happens for only one user when someone else tried it worked...

We just have to disable the rule for the time being...

Any help would be appreciated....
