[OAUGNet]-Any product to scramble sensitive data when you clone prod

Hi - appreciate it anyone can tell me if they are
using a tool that scrambles data such as payroll
information, personal details, bank account numbers,
etc.?  Basically when a clone of Production is made
back to Development, etc., we want to be able to
"wipe" private data.
