[OAUGNet]-Portion of Receipt Amount Remaining and being Accrued

I have many receipts that an amount remaining after a portion of the
total receipt amount was incorrectly associated with an amount only
voucher/purchase order. Although I have corrected for the incorrect
receipt aware associations, I still have these partial receipts out
there. This causes two main problems:

Scenario:
PO - Amount only PO for $25,000
	Receipt - Receipt for $1,000
Voucher #1 - Voucher for $750 is incorrectly associated to the
receipt. Receipt now has amount remaining of $250.
Voucher #2 - Voucher for $1,000. Cannot be associated to
receipt since there is only $250 remaining of the original $1,000.

01) When the receipt accrual process is run, these remaining amounts
are showing up.

02) These receipts cannot be closed until they are 'matched', but
cannot be matched since there is not a voucher for the remaining amount.

a) What can I do about these receipts that are out there and being
accrued for these 'reaming' amounts?

b) How do I make them match so I can close them?

c) Is the only solution I have is to reissue NEW receipts now for the
vouchers that cannot be matched since there are only partial receipts?
