Solution Description:

To define a menu access key or mnemonic, type an ampersand (&)
in front of the desired character in the menu item name.

Solution Explanation:
=====================

Name the 'File' menu item: F&ile
During runtime, 'F&ile' displays as 'File' with the 'i' underlined.
