[OAUGNet]-Forms Personallization: Menu Item

I have successfully implemented a menu item in the Tool Menu using Forms
Personalization and called it "Outbound". 

I would like the users to be able to select this menu item by simply
typing the character "o" and show the menu item as "Outbound" with the
"O" underlined once he is in the Tools menu.
