Are you the tenant or the landlord?

We're the landlord and record all our leases in Property Manager.  We
put it in nearly 2.5 years ago when it didn't have as much functionality
as it does now so we have highly customized it.

How closely the module meets your needs is what determines whether you
should implement it.  Because it's not a very mature module there are
all kinds of functionality improvements that will come out over the next
years.  If you have to highly customize it, it's going to be a real bear
to support because of upgrades.  That is 100% our biggest problem -
upgrades - but it's because of our customizations.
