Cancelling of PO can not be undone, Once cancelled you can not do anything
against the cancelled PO or PO line. Based on your setups and the action the
PO cancellation can either cancel the requisition line or leave it open for
use.

Closing a PO means you can open it again if need be but it means till it is
closed you can not to any transaction against it. You can also finally close
the PO which again is something that can not be undone.
