Hi, We have some old purchase orders that never ended up being received and/or billed. We would like to cancel them. However, we receive an error when we try to cancel them. If we simply "Close" the orders we do not receive an error and the header status changes from "approved" to "approved, closed". Is there a difference between cancelling and closing a PO? What is the impact of closing the po's vs. cancelling them? We are on 11.5.7, 8i.
