[OAUGNet]-Discoverer Experience

Hi:

We(Network Appliance)wish to implement Discoverer for our 11.5.9 instance with users in the US and Europe.

We are looking for practical information on sucessfully implementing Discoverer for finance and manufacturing -- for example, what kind of support organization did you build (both on the IT and business sides)?  How do you manage report writing?  What went well?  What did not?
