[OAUGNet]-Pick Confirm Help!

Hi All,

We want to pick confirm a sales order and when i do it
thru  transact move orders form,the inventory
transaction worker completes with a warning.
The diagnostics file shows that there are no records
to be processed.
I checked the MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table and
found out a few thing.
The Process flag for the record which ends with
warning is set to E ,the quantity is in
negative,status = 3 and error message is something
like this 'Transaction source -- sales order is
invalid.  Please re-enter'.

How can i pick confirm this order..has anyone faced
this problem before.
What does negative qty means and what could be the
possible reasons for that.
