[OAUGNet]-OPM Physical Inventory - Warehouse Rules

Has anyone been successful at running an OPM Physical Inventory WITHOUT
defining a separate warehouse rule for every item?  I know that for OPM
Planning functionality, you can define a generic rule and assign it to all
items.  This doesn't seem to work for the Physical Inventory function - I
keep getting errors when trying to post the physical inventory counts.
Oracle Support insists that I MUST have a separate rule for every item.

Any information is appreciated.
