OAUG Conference Policies

Non-Smoking Policy
Both the OAUG conference and the Georgia World Congress Center are non-smoking environments during meetings, meals, and breaks. Smoking will be permitted in designated areas only.

Policy Violations
OAUG conference management reserves the right to expel any participant who violates OAUG conference or association policies.

Cellular Phones & Pagers
In response to comments on past conference surveys and as a courtesy to other attendees and speakers presenting at the OAUG conference, please turn off sound and/or move to vibrate mode all cellular phones and pagers. In addition, all cellular phones must be answered outside of the meeting rooms. Please keep your fellow attendees in mind.

Guest Admittance to Exhibit Hall
Registered guests may attend all evening food and beverage functions, including the Welcome Reception on Tuesday. Please note that the Tuesday Welcome Reception is the only time guests will be admitted to the Exhibit Hall.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall at any time, but they are welcome to attend other evening functions at no charge when accompanied by a supervising adult attendee.

Attendee Lists
Attendee lists may not be used for the purposes of solicitation or marketing. OAUG Membership and Conference Lists are intended only as resources to enable users and prospective users of Oracle Applications to identify who is currently using the products, their IT environment, and industry context, and to promote the exchange of information within the user community on various experiences and challenges to mutual benefit. Their continuing value depends on member companies' confidence that the information contained in the list - including the names of contacts - will not be misused. Specifically, using contact lists for recruiting or marketing purposes is strictly prohibited. Please respect this sensitivity.
