If you have registered but are unable to attend the OAUG conference, a refund of US $350 will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by OAUG on or before August 30, 2004. Please note, after August 30, 2004, there are no cancellation refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. One Day and Exhibit Staff registrations are not refundable. Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to oaugreg@meetingexpectations.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by August 30, 2004. After August 30, 2004 all substitutions must be completed on-site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
In the event that OAUG Connection Point 2004 is canceled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only.
Hotel reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival or you may be charged for your reservation.
