Advance Registration is Now Closed
Thank you for your interest in COLLABORATE 07 — OAUG Forum registration. Advance Registration is now closed, and online registration is no longer available. Please contact the OAUG Registration Department for information on how you can still participate in this year’s premiere Oracle education and networking event. Registration is now available through the end of the conference at the On-site Registration rates. You will receive a registration confirmation that you can bring to the COLLABORATE 07 registration desk to help ensure that your conference experience gets off to a great start.
Special Registration Rates
The OAUG is offering several special registration rates for COLLABORATE 07.
New this year: Before you can confirm your hotel reservations for COLLABORATE 07, you must be registered for the conference.
Please note: Attendees may only choose one rate discount. Double discounts will not be offered. For instance, government rate attendees may not also use the alumni discount.
Special Non-Member Offer
With your first paid non-member full conference registration (Early-Bird Non-Member Registration, Advance Non-Member Registration or On-site Non-Member Registration), your organization will receive one year of membership in the OAUG. You will be contacted within three (3) business days of your paid conference registration regarding membership for your organization. After your organization’s OAUG membership is established, additional employees of your organization may take advantage of the special member conference registration rates. Alumni Discount
The Alumni Discount has expired.
Individuals who are employees of OAUG member organizations, and who have attended the last two OAUG conferences are eligible for a discount of USD $200 off of the appropriate registration fee. Please note that this applies only to the individual person that has attended the last two OAUG conferences, not all employees of that individual’s organization. Other employees of the OAUG member organization will have to register at the applicable standard member registration rate. Group Discount
The OAUG Group Discount has expired.
The OAUG is offering a discount of USD $200 per person on groups of four (4) or more registrations from the same member company or member organization for registrations completed on or before March 16, 2007. For more information, or to take advantage of this offer, please contact the OAUG Conference Registration Department via e-mail at registration@oaug.com.
Government Employee Registration
Employees of government organizations may attend the conference for the discounted registration rate of USD $895 (OAUG members) and $1,025 (non-members). To register and take advantage of government employee registration, please contact the OAUG Conference Registration Department at registration@oaug.com.
You will be required to present a valid government employee photo ID at conference check-in. Please note: If you are unable to present a valid government employee photo ID at check-in, you will be required to pay for a full on-site registration.
Oracle Employees
For COLLABORATE 07 registration information, Oracle employes should contact Michael Neuendorff, Oracle director of events marketing, via e-mail at michael.neuendorff@oracle.com.
Cancellation and Replacement Policy
If you have registered but are unable to attend the OAUG conference, a 100-percent refund, less a USD $250 processing fee, will be granted to a fully-paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the OAUG on or before March 16, 2007. A 50-percent refund will be granted to a fully-paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the OAUG after March 17, 2007, and on or before April 1, 2007.
Please note, after April 1, 2007, there are no cancellation refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. One Day and Exhibit Staff registrations are not refundable. Please send your cancellation request by e-mail to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998. All requests must be submitted in writing.
Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by Friday, April 13, 2007. After Friday, April 13, 2007, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
In the event that COLLABORATE 07 is canceled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only.
Hotel reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival or you may be charged for your reservation.
