Monday Exhibitor Showcase Welcome Reception

Tuesday Evening Exhibitor Showcase Happy Hour Bar

  • A bar including your choice of drinks (martinis, margaritas, etc.) rolled into your 10' x 20' or larger booth, with alcohol served by hotel attendant.

Wednesday Evening Beach Party

  • Use of one beach bungalow for entertaining your VIP guests.

Wednesday Evening Beach Bungalow

  • Private bungalow (hard walls) complete with a perfect view of the beach stage, plasma screen television, refrigerator and room to entertain VIP customers.

Wednesday Evening Beach Cabana

$15,000 for one day or $25,000 for both days

  • Speak to general session audience from main stage for 30 minutes.
