Special Registration Rates

The OAUG is offering several special registration rates for COLLABORATE 06.

Special Non-Member Offer

With your first paid non-member full conference registration (Early-Bird Non-Member Registration, Advance Non-Member Registration or On-site Non-Member Registration), your organization will receive one year of membership in the OAUG. You will be contacted within three (3) business days of your paid conference registration regarding membership for your organization. After your organization’s OAUG membership is established, additional employees of your organization may take advantage of the special member conference registration rates.

Member Value Package (Sold Out)

Employees of OAUG member organizations may purchase conference registration and hotel room for the package price of USD $2,250 when registering on or before March 21, 2006. The Member Value Package includes full conference registration and five nights hotel stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, April 22 to April 27, 2006, selected from the run of house rooms. Single occupancy only.

Alumni Discount

Individuals who are employees of OAUG member organizations, and who have attended the last two OAUG Connection Point® conferences are eligible for a discount of USD $200 off of Early-Bird Member Registration, Advance Member Registration or the Member Value Package. Please note that this applies only to the individual person that has attended the last two OAUG Connection Point® conferences, not all employees of that individual’s organization. Other employees of the OAUG member organization will have to register at the applicable standard member registration rate. Group Discount

The OAUG is offering a 10% discount on groups of five (5) or more registrations from the same company or organization. For more information, or to take advantage of this offer, please contact the OAUG Conference Registration Department via e-mail at

Government Employee Registration

Employees of government organizations may attend the conference for the discounted registration rate of USD $795 when registering on or before April 22, 2006. You will be required to present a valid government employee photo ID at conference check-in. Please note: If you are unable to present a valid government employee photo ID at check-in, you will be required to pay for a full on-site registration.

Cancellation and Replacement Policy

If you have registered but are unable to attend the OAUG conference, a 100 percent refund, less a USD $250 processing fee, will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the OAUG on or before March 21, 2006. A 50 percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the OAUG after March 21, 2006 and on or before April 6, 2006.

Please note, after April 6, 2006, there are no cancellation refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. One Day and Exhibit Staff registrations are not refundable. Please send your cancellation request by e-mail to or by fax to +1 404.240.0998.

Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by Friday, April 21, 2006. After Friday, April 21, 2006 all substitutions must be completed on-site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

In the event that COLLABORATE 06 is canceled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only.

Hotel reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival or you may be charged for your reservation.
