  • Oracle BPEL Training Session

    This training session introduces participants to Oracle BPEL Process Manager for developing interfaces between applications. This session covers the introduction of Oracle BPEL Designer for configuring various adapters, locating and registering Web services, as well as creating data mappings to interface data from one application to another. This session includes an introduction of Oracle BPEL Console to illustrate how to monitor interfaces once they are created.

    Note: Though not required, attendees will benefit by bringing their own laptops (at least Pentium 4, 1.2GHz, 1GB RAM, 1GB Free Space, 1536MB Swap with Windows XP SP2) for this class.     The 11i Oracle Incentive Compensation module provides a dynamic tool to collect data, calculate and pay variable commission/compensation to either internal and/or external resources. This training session will provide a review of the steps required to define commissionable resources, including resource imports, roles, groups and teams. Next, we will highlight the standard data collection processes from Accounts Receivable and Order Management.   • Setting Up Internal Requisitioning Process — Beyond Inter Org Transfers

    This training session is aimed at bringing out the business flows that can be supported by the IR-ISO functionality of Oracle Applications and includes a step-by-step guide for setting up the internal requisitioning process. The IR-ISO process provides a means to systematize the transfer of inventory that might happen between various organizations that have been setup in Oracle. These organizations among which inventory transfers are made can be within the same legal entity or can be below different legal entities. Any transactions between the inventory orgs under the same legal entity (Case A) are in the nature of a simple transfer of inventory and any transaction between the inventory orgs under different legal entities are in the nature of Purchase and Sale (Case B). This section will guide you through the setups, the business and the accounting flow for Cases A and B.
