OAUG Directors
Board of Directors
The OAUG bylaws authorize 17 voting members on the Board of Directors. OAUG members elect 16 representatives to the Board of Directors from a slate of current, active members. Directors serve staggered, two-year terms. The Board may vote to include an OAUG past president as a seventeenth member. The Board can also elect to appoint a non-voting Board member from a specific geographic region to ensure global Board representation. In addition, there are advisory and technical committees that address specific interests of OAUG members. Directors represent the OAUG membership at large on policy issues, relations with Oracle Corporation, conference planning and overall user affairs.
